DRUMMING AND STORAGE
The purity of the environment of the drumming unit is guarantecd by sterilizing plaques, ultraviolet
lamps and air curtains. The drumming sector also uses a submersion system that does not allow
oxygen to incorporate into the product during the drumming process.
The cold storage guarantees the preservation of the physico-chemical and microbiological
characteristics of the products for periods from 18 to 24 months. This allows to maintain its high
quality characteristics to reach the final destination.
