TECNOVIN´S INDUSTRIAL PARK

Tecnovin's industrial park is made up of two moderns factories. One in Bento Gonçalves, RS and one in Vacaria, RS. With a state-of-the-art technology 270.000 tons of fresh fruits are processed per year, including grape, apple, orange and lemon.
All the stages from production to storage are done at the sites of production.

Strategically located in Bento Gonçalves, RS, an important county of the Sierra Gaucha. This region is outstanding among other things for its grape production. The large industrial park of Tecnovin has 27.000 m² of built area out of a total of more than 400.000 m².

MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT

The machines and equipment responsible for the high quantity and quality of Tecnovin's production are supposed to be the best in their field. The machines are made of stainless steel type 304 and 316 and many of them are imported. To add to this great equipment we have the efforts of our employees who are always concerned to improve the quality of our production.

LABORATORY

Tecnovin's products are processed utilizing the most advanced techniques that take into account the unique characteristics of each fruit. During all the processing steps a rigorous quality control is done by the laboratory, where analytical data is evalued such as brix, acidity, color, pulp content, transmittance, microbiological analysis, and other exams.
